What happened in the end of Still Game?

In the final episode of Still Game, every character’s journey comes full circle. After Jack and Victor have been to the future and seen what a future full of their mistakes could look like, they make the decision to be better people.

They have a lot of heartfelt moments when Jack tells his father that he’s been the best dad a boy could ask for and Victor tells Jack he’s one of the good ones.

What happened to Tam and Frances baby?
